Passenger launch evacuated and refloated
On Aug 7, 2024, at 7:20 p.m., the CROSS) Etel was alerted after the passenger launch 'Angélus' had suffered an engine failure and subsequently ran aground at the I Pointe du Mouton in Port-Navalo with 31 passengers and two crew members on board. The CROSS Etel deployed the 'SNS 145-Félicien Glajean' and the semi-rigid 'SNS 739-Patron Alain Lamoureux' to assist. The passengers were all evacuated to Port-Navalo, As the 'Angélus I' did not have any leaks, it was refloated at 8:22 p.m. and towed to Locmariaquer by the 'Félicien Glajean'. No pollution was found.
