After the "Hoegh Seoul" was refloated by the tugs "Bugsier 3", "Bugsier 4", "Bugsier 6" and "Bremerhaven" on Mar 4 at 9.15 a.m., it was taken back to Bremerhaven under escort of the police launch "Bremen 3" in dense fog. Back in port, the cause of the rudder failure is to be investigated.

The "Hoegh Seoul" which ran aground on its way from Bremerhaven to Antwerp on the outer Weser in the morning of Mar 4, 2011, was refloated by the tugs "Bugsier 3", "Bugsier 4", "Bugsier 6" and "Bremerhaven" around 10 a.m.

The "Hoegh Seoul" ran aground on its way from Bremerhaven to Antwerp on the outer Weser in the morning of Mar 4 probably after rudder failure. The ship was carrying a full load of vehicles. The ship will remain stuck at least for some time as it the tide was running low.
