Sanctioned tanker to unload cargo of crude in Houston
The 'Yasa Golden Bosphorus', which is on a three to five-month charter with the oil major ExxonMobil and sanctioned by the US over a suspected oil price cap breach, is due to unload its crude cargo this week in Houston. The company itself was not the target of the US listing. The 'Yasa Golden Bosphorus' was due at the Baytown refinery in Texas following discussions with US regulators, on Oct 18, 2023.
