Ship detained again just weeks after last sailing ban

Ship detained for various defiencies
The 'Yaliissa' was detained in Kocaeli on Dec 11, 2024 with 18 deficiencies, ten of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention. The vessel was released again on Dec 14 and permitted a single voyage to the Tuzla shipyard area to fix the defiencies, where it arrived on Dec 15.
Structural failures in Marmara Ereglesi
The 'Tiger M.' suffered a structural failure of the cargo hold access ladder, side ladder, side hatch coaming handrails and pertinent equipment at Marmara Ereglesi on Sep 23, 2019, during discharge operations upon its arrival from Istanbul. Repairs were carried out by the stevedore duty teams upon completion of discharge operation. The vessel left the port again on Sep 25 at 6.35 a.m., bound toLarymna with an ETA as of Sep 26, 7 p.m.
