Collision off Japan
The "Triumph" was in collision with the tanker "Kaisei Maru" at the entrance of Bisan Seto South Traffic Route to Mizushima Traffic Route on April 20, 2019, at 4.30 a.m. Both vessels were investigated by the Japanese Coastguard at Sakaide. The "Triumph" sailed again on April 23 at 5.20 p.m., bound to Hiroshima. The "Kaisei Maru" sailed on April 22 at 2.45 p.m. and moored on Tokyo Anchorage on April 24 in pos. 35° 28.64' N 139° 54.26' E.
Collision in Nagoya
The "Triumph" was in collision with the "Heung-A Jakarta" when she was leaving Nagoya on Feb 27, 2019, at 2 a.m. She arrived in Osaka on Feb 28.
