Detention in Ambarli
The 'Summit Xiamen' was detained in Ambarli on Sep 9, 2025. by the Med MoU authorities. A detailed inspection revealed a total of 11 deficiencies, two of which being regarded as seriously and grounds for a detention. The inspections covered areas such as the accommodation, galley, engine room, navigation bridge, and steering room, alongside operational tests on the emergency fire pump and generator.
