Negros Navigation Co. Inc. launched on May 17 a Roll-on-Roll-off passenger vessel, the "St. Michael the Archangel", which has a 1,929 passenger capacity at the Bacolod Real Estate Development Corp. port. SMA has a cargo capacity of 190 twenty-foot equivalent units and is supported by two sets of main engines with a combined power of 18,800 watts, Gian Galves of NENACO said. The St. Michael service routes are Manila-Cebu-Cagayan de Oro-Iloilo-Bacolod-Manila every Thursday and Manila-Bacolod-Iloilo-Cagayan de Oro-Cebu-Manila every Monday.
