Singapore: Subsea specialist Bibby Offshore has announced that its Asia division, Bibby Offshore Singapore, has secured a contract with the Moattama Gas Transportation Company (MGTC) to provide ROV pipeline inspection, remedial work and associated project management on its Southeast Asia asset offshore Myanmar. Bibby Offshore secures three-year bareboat charter for NOR Spring

Bibby Offshore has secured a three-year bareboat charter agreement with Solstad Offshore Asia Pacific Ltd for NOR Spring, a DP2 anchor handling support vessel. The deal has been struck by Bibby Offshore’s Singapore operation, Bibby Offshore Singapore Pte Ltd. NOR Spring represents a multi-million dollar investment by Bibby Offshore and becomes the fifth vessel in the fleet. NOR Spring is currently completing ROV support operations for an EPIC contractor in Papua New Guinea and is expected back in Singapore by the end of April.
