Crew member tested positive for COVID 19
Hapag-Lloyd alerted its’ customers on pending changes in AL3 Service, after one crew member on each the 'Philadelphia Express' and the 'St. Louis Express' were tested positive for COVID 19. Both ships will probably be put under quarantine. Since July 13, 2020, the 'Philadelphia Express' was moored at Norfolk anchorage, while the 'St. Louis Express' was under way off Florida, approaching Jacksonville.
Philadelphia Express Assists Distressed Cuban Rafters
The "Philadelphia Express"container ship assisted nine Cubans on a makeshift raft adrift near Key West, Florida. Crewmembers saw the raft with people aboard in distress while steaming from Georgia.
