Forest freed from loader

On May 7 around 5.30 p.m. the damaged "Forest" could be freed from the collapsed loader of the Rautenberg Silo in the Vorwerk Port of Lübeck and shifted to the next berth. The installation had been temporarily fixed in its position before. The storm on May 5 had also overturned several containers which were stored at the terminal Lübeck-Siems. Collapsing silo damaged ship and destroyed bus

In a thunder storm on May 5, 2015, a loader of the grain silo Rautenberg collapsed and crashed onto the Nordland Quay in Lübeck and destroyed a bus of the federal police in wind gusts of up to 120 km/h. The loader also damaged the superstructure of the "Forest" which was berthed at the quay. The police officer was able to escape before the bus was partially buried under the structure.
