Motor boat sank southeast of Mallorca
On Aug 5 a fire broke out on board the motor boat 'Nepal', which was anchored in Ses Covetes (southeast of Mallorca. The crew members jumped into the water and were rescued by a well-maintained beach rescue jet ski. The CCS Palma of Salvamento Marítimo mobilized the 'Salvamar Mimosa' to the scene. Yacht towed to Porto Colom
The sailing yacht 'Aisha' requested assistance on April 2, 2024, due to problems with the sails. She is disabled off Cales de Mallorca with two crew members on board. The CCS Palma of Salvamento Marítimo mobilizes the 'Salvamar Mimosa', which took the boat in tow and safely pulled it to Porto Colom. Yacht towed to Portocolom
On May 16, 2023, at 4 p.m. the 14-m-s/y 'Rosa' with seven crew members on board suffered a mechanical failure and anchored in the vicinity of Cala Mondragó, east of Mallorca. The CCS Palma of Salvamento Marítimo mobilized the 'Salvamar Mimosa' to assist, which took the yacht in tow and pulled it to Portocolom.
