Fishing vessel towed to Garrucha

The Spanish flagged fishing vessel 'Belmonte Rodríguez' suffered an engine fault on Sep 12 with three 3 crew members on board. The ship was located about three nauticla miles southeast of the port of Garrucha. The CCS Almería of Salvamento MArítimo mobilized the 'Salvamar Algenib' to assist, which took the vessel in tow and safely pulled it to the port of Garrucha. Yacht towed to Garrucha

The sailing yacht “Bon Vivant”, with two crew members on board, requested towing assistance due to engine problems on Sep 10, although it was sailing, 1.7 nautical miles east of the Isleta del Moro. The CCS Almería of Salvamento Marítimo mobilized the 'Salvamar Algenib', which took the boat in tow and safely pulled it to Garrucha.

Boat assisted off Aguamarga

The 'Samuruc', with five people on board suffered an engine failure and ran aground in the Aguamarga waters on Aug 12 and requested towing assistance. The CCS Almería mobilized the 'Salvamar Algenib'. The vessel was refloated and taken to safety.
