Trawler tilted in Hvide Sande
When the "Juli-Ane RI 468" was to be pulled onto the slip at the Vestværftet in Hvide Sande in the morning of June 27, 2017, the trawler slowly tilted to port side. It remained stuck half in the water, half ashore with a list of more than 45 degrees. No one was injured, but there was material damage. The cause of the accident and the extent of damage were being investigated. The ship was refloated on June 29. It left the yard again after repairs and overhauls on July 24 at 9 p.m. bound to fishing grounds in the Northsea.
