Disabled cargo vessel towed to Tuzla
The "Petr Hamitov" which experienced engine failure in November 2017 at Samsun, was taken in tow to Tuzla by the tug "Turkuaz 2" on July 10, 2018. The Istanbul strait passage has been completed on July 16 at 11 a.m. During the strait passage, Coastal Safety tugs provided escort service for the vessel. The vessel arrived at Tuzla Shipyard by 1 p.m. It sailed again on Sep 26.
