The 'Pedhoulas Commander' was dragging anchor at anchorage 15, at Prince Rupert, British Columbia, on Jan 28, 2020, at 10.20 p.m. in position 54 12 10.8N, 130 31 27.5W. The vessel, using its main engine, maintained position until a pilot was assigned to re-position the vessel.
