Collision on the Volga
On the Volga near Astrakhanin the Narimanov District, the tug Plotodov 610', 123 gt , with seven people on board, while towing the barge 'TTX 1501', 814 gt, was in collision with the 'Omskiy 207'. No casualties or oil spills were recorded as a result of the collision, shipping was not disrupted. The "Omskiy-207" suffered a hole above the waterline. The shipping was not disupted.
Grounding on River Bolda
The 'Omskiy 207' veered off the fairway and ran aground on Aug 15, 2019, at 12.25 a.m. near the Port of Astrakhan. The vessel was proceeding along the River Bolda, coming from the Pervomaiskiy Shipyard when the incident occurred. Vessel traffic on the river in the vicinity of Astrakhan has not been affected.
Ran aground on River Volga, refloated with tug assistance
General cargo Omskiy 207 en route from Kamyshin to Now Shahr, with 2999 tonnes of grain on board, ran aground at the 2827-kilometre mark on the River Volga, at around 0144 hrs, on Sep 22. There was no reported pollution and the fairway was not blocked. Reportedly, the vessel was refloated with assistance from the tug Nord , at 1830 hrs, same day
