Vessel banned from sailing after overflow for technical defects

When a tanker truck was supplying the 'Elly' at the Oldenburg dam, an overflow"occurred via the tank ventilation of the vessel in the area of ​​the bow. Around 100 liters of diesel fuel leaked out.
