Perpetrator climbed anchor chain
While the 'NCC Qassim' was anchored in Mabini Anchorage, Batangas, Philippines, in position 13 46N, 120 59E, a perpetrator from a small watercraft climbed the anchor chain and attempted to board the vessel through the hawse pipe on Sep 24 at 12.15 p.m. The Master reported the incident to the local authorities and personnel from the Coast Guard and Batangas police boarded the vessel for investigation.
