Technical failure off Yalova
The "Maersk Kiel", enroute from Altinova, where she had sailed on March 28, to Constanta, experienced a technical failure south of Yalova on March 29, 2018, at 7 a.m. The vessel's strait passage permission was temporarily cancelled by the strait authority until completion of permanent repairs. Repairs were effected by the crew and the ship was transiting the Sea of Marmara on March 30 with an ETA as of March 30, 11 p.m.
