Yacht troubled on the Ems

In the morning of Aug 4, 2019, the "Labous Glanz" suffered engine trouble and requested assitance on the Ems. The KNRM lifeboat "Jan en Titia Visser" was alerted at 6:53 a.m. The yacht needed help to get through the Delfzijl seaport canal in order to reach the marina. The lifeboat made a tow connection with the "Labous Glaz" and brought her to the marina. At the request of the harbor master they had to wait a while until there was a berth available on one of the jetties. After they had moored the "Labous Glaz" and recorded the information from the owner, there was time for a breakfast that the shore crew had brought.
