The "Koszalin" reported its port anchor unusable due to a knot in the anchor chain in position 46 01 25.0 N, 073 09 59.0 W, on April 16, 2019, at 12.40 a.m. The vessel which had just arrived from Casablanca, anchored in Sorel, Quebec, using the starboard anchor, in pos. 46° 1.42' N 073° 10.01' W.
