Double collision in Kitakushu

The "Safe Way" was in collision with the bulk carrier "Hayate" and the "Kaihou Maru" while berthing in Kitakyushu port on June 9, 2018, at 1.30 p.m. She suffered damage to the forecastle deck and arrived at Tobata on June 10 at 11.53 p.m. after investigations by the Japanese Coastguard. The "Hayate" arrived at Yawata on June 10 at 04.17 a.m. The "Kaihou Maru" was heading to Nagoya on June 11 at 8 a.m.
