Crew arrested for alleged weapon smuggle
The master and 11 crew members of the "Thanh Cong 36" were arrested by the police in Ho Chi Minh on Sep 26, 2015, for an alleged attempt to smuggle 45 air rifles into the country. The rifles were hidden in a crypt, but the police was tipped off by an unnamed source amd searched the vessel after it had arrived from Bangkok.
