Perpetrators stole scrap cargo

In the eastbound lane of the Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS) of the Singapore Straits (SS). the barge 'HK 3883', which was towed by the 'HK Tug 3',was boarded by an unknowbn number of perpetrators, while underway northwest of Pulau Bintan on 5 Aug 2024, about 8.5 nautical miles northwest of Tanjung Tondang, Pulau Bintan, in pos. 1° 15' 43 N 104° 11' 5 E. The pirates stole scrap from the cargo.
