Engine failure under repair at Anamur
The 'Hala Star' en route from Port Said to Sfax, suffered a technical failure and dropped anchor in position 36 03 09 N, 032 53 03 E, at Anamur on Jan 31, 2022. Repairs were being carried out by the crew.
Ship suffered technical failure
The "Sharomar" suffered a technical failure en route from Ravenna to Beirut, and sheltered south of Fethiye Anchorage under own power on March 28, 2019. Repairs were being carried out by the crew before the ship continued its voyage with an ETA as of Apr 13.
