Disabled yacht towed to Vueltas
The 'Gin' with six crew members on board issued a PAN PAN signal 13 miles south of La Gomera on Jan 25, 2022, due to an engine failure and a lack of wind in the area. Salvamento Marítimo mobilized the SAR boat 'Salvamar Alborán' which took the yacht in tow and pulled it to the Port of Vueltas, where it was safely berthed.
