Blackout off Vysotsk
On Apr 10, 2017, at 11.40 a.m. the "Frisian Spring", coming from Breviken, suffered an engine blackout while approaching the port of Vysotsk in the Gulf of Finland. The vessel dropped an anchor to avoid an allision with the nearby Coast Guard station’s pier and stopped meters off the construction. After fixing the problem, the vessel resumed the voyage at 12.50 p.m. and reached Vybord anchorage at 3 p.m.
