The 'Eyecatcher' requested a tow due to steering gear problems in the vicinity 36 03 36 N, 006 03 36 W, about 11,5 nautical miles southwest of Barbate in the afternoon of April 18, 2023. The SAR boat 'Salvamar Enif' was mobilized by Salvamento Marítimo. It sailed from Barbate at 5.35 p.m. UTC and took the yacht in tow to the port of Barbate, where it arrived safely at 9.45 p.m.
