Tanker suffered engine trouble
The 'No.1 Eunhee' (2458 gt, built 2007), en route from Ulsan to Busan with 4200 tons of bunker-C on board, suffered engine trouble and dropped anchor two miles off Busan on Jan 27, 2020, at 08.20 a.m., but failed to come to a stop and was dragging its anchor. The 'No.1 Eunhee' contacted the Busan VTS and the Korean Coast Guard and asked for assistance. The tug '601 Baekryong' was deployed by the Coast Guard from Busan and towed the vessel into the port at 5 p.m. The 'No.1 Eunhee' left the anchoring site on Jan 28 at 07.30 a.m. under tow. It arrived in Busan on Jan 28 at 12.40 a.m.
