Dover arrives at Port of Salalah
The Greek ship "Dover," after being held captive by Somali pirates, has arrived in the Omani port of Salalah. The vessel was seized in late February near the coast of Oman in the Arabian Sea. The vessel was released September 30th after a ransom was paid. The crew consisted of 23 people, including a Russian citizen. According to the "Maritime bulletin - Sovfrakht" there are no more Russians held captive by Somali pirates, however, there are six citizens of Ukraine – crew members of the Algerian transport vessel "Blida."
