Propeller loss after voyage of one year
On July 14, 2021, the 'Double Twenty' lost its propeller at the end of a one-year-voyage off Wangerooge. The crew of three requested assistance from the DGzRS and was taken in tow by the daughter boat ' Mathias' of the lifeboat 'Anneliese Kramer' took the yacht in tow off Cuxhaven after the crew had remarked the loss. With the replacement propeller the final leg to Travemünde was due to commence.
