Robbers stole properties at Pointe Noire
The "DHT Lion" was boarded by three armed robbers in position 004 46 50S, 011 47 01E, at the Pointe Noire anchorage, Congo, on Oct 22, 2018, at 11.10 p.m. A crew member noticed the robbers on the forecastle deck of the vessel. An alarm was raised and the crew mustered. The robbers fled the vessel and escaped. A search was made and it was found that, some of the vessel's properties were missing. The incident was reported to the port control.
