Grounding off Houston
The 'Clipper Eirene' ran aground while leaving the port of Houston being fully laden, enroute to Cristobal on Jan 24, 2020, at 1.30 p.m. after veering off the faiway. A number of tugs were called to refloat the vessel. On Jan 27 the ship was moored on Houston anchorage in pos. 29° 15.08' N 094° 39.21' W.
