Master dead, one man missing after tug capsized off Cabo Cabron On Mar 18, 2013, the Domincian tug "Lugger" of CMP Internacional capsized six miles north of Cabo Cabron, Samaná, with six people on board in stormy weather. Four were rescued in good health by the "Bucanero" which was underway from the port of Rio Haina to the port of Puerto Plata jointly with the "Lugger". The captain Juan Ramon Ruiz Peña, 63 years, was recovered dead and taken to the port of Samaná where he was subsequently delivered to the Forensic Pathology for an authopsy. The SAR operations for the missing sixth man were conducted by the Coast Guard vessel "Bellatrix - GC-106 with the support of a "C-212", of the Dominican Air Force.
