Barge got assistance of Coastguard
The Norwegian Coastguard received the request of the MRCC in southern Norway in the afternoon of Jan 10, 2015, to assist the "Vivian" which had problems in the raging storm in the Risa Sea near Mongstad with one of the two anchors having broken. There were two men aboard the "Vivian" who got help from the crew of the Coastguad vessel "Tor" which helped to moor the crane ship leeward behind an islet in hurricane force winds.
