Arrest off Walvis Bay
The "MCP Pachna" was arrested in Walvis Bay Anchorage on July 18, 2019. The reason for the arrest was unknown. The vessel remained stationary in pos. 22° 53.59' N 014° 28.71' E as of July 30.
