Search for man who jumped over board
In the night of June 12, 2013, a man in the 40s jumped from the "E.H. Senior" after having tried to get aboard the ship which was docked at the Nansen Place in Tromsø. After he was discovered by a crew member who awoke and heard him, he obviously panicked and chose to jump overboard and disappeared.The crew man jumped behind him but could not find the man. So he returned on board and raised the rest of the crew. Both police which was notified at 2.44 a.m., and divers from fire and rescue services in Tromsø launched a search in the basin. At 5:30 a.m. on June 12 the search was stopped but was to be resumed in the run of the day.
