Tanker anchored off Salina Cruz following accident

The "Fedor" remained anchored in pos. 16° 6.85' N 095° 9.49' W off Salina Cruz following the accident on July 2. The tanker was conducting cargo operations at the multi buoy mooring in Salina Cruz when due to sudden heavy gusts several ropes parted and the vessel allided with a mooring dolphin.
