Medevac off Table Bay
On Dec 24, 2015, the NSRI Table Bay launched the sea lifeboat "Spirit of Vodacom", accompanied by WC Government Health EMS rescue paramedics to medevac a Filipino sailor from the "Star Aline" off the Port of Table Bay. The man had inhaled toxic fumes and was brought to shore in a stable condition and transported to hospital by EMS ambulance for further treatment.
