Tug disabled off Saint John
The "Atlantic Cedar", while assisting an inbound tanker to its berth in Saint John, suffered an failure in position 45 15 8 N, 66 3 16 W, on April 25, 2019. While the "Atlantic Ceder" was assisting an inbound tanker to berth in St. John's, it suffered an engine failure in position 45 15 8 N, 66 3 16 W, on April 25, 2019, at 10.05 p.m. The vessel with a crew of four on board had to abort the assistance and anchor. The "Atlantic Cedar" was subsequently towed to the dock by another tug for repairs.
