Ferry delayed due to stuck anchor

On Ma 4, 2025, at midday, the Port Authority of Milos was informed by the Captain of the 'Anemos', that the arrival from the anchorage of Adamas at the port was delayed, as the starboard side anchor had got entangled with another anchor that was on the bottom and got stuck. Finally, the ship sailed for Kimolos, Sifnos, Serifos and Piraeus at 1:40 p.m. instead of 1 p.m. as scheduled 13:00, with 29 passengers and 62 crew members on board.

Ferry turned around to drop off ill passenger

The "Rosella" enroute from Mariehamn to Kapellskär on Jan 1, 2018, returned to Mariehamn due to an ill passenger. Coast Guard searching for woman lost from ferry called off

A woman fell over board of the "Rosella" on Mar 12, 2016, at 11.30 p.m. in the Sea of ​​Åland bout 20 kilometers southwest of Mariehamn.
